  • DOCK5.0 is a new object oriented version of the program that incorporates advances introduced over the past several years by the Kuntz group.
    Availability
  • Currently DOCK is available on Unix and Linux systems.
  • DOCK is distributed via ftp transfer. 
  • Dock is available free of charge to academic institutions, but there is a license fee for industry.  
  • To Obtain DOCK
  • You must first complete and sign a software license agreement. 
  • The electronic academic and industry license agreements are available below. 
  • Please click on the appropriate license link (Academic or Industry) and complete the DOCK software license agreement and fax it to 415.502.1411
  • Please also send an email note to Karla Spaulding to confirm that your fax was received. Include in your email a brief description of your research, where you heard about DOCK and a full electronic signature with an ip address.
